To get the return process started, please go to our return portal and follow these steps:
1. Enter your order number and email then click on "Find my Order"
2. Choose the item you wish to return & provide a return reason
3. Choose from the options (how to resolve)
We then will assess your request and provide you with a return label. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.
Please note: Sale items are eligible for credit note or exchange only. Requests for refunds on sale items will be rejected. Customers will not be refunded the original shipping amount (unless faulty).
